What is your return policy?


We strive to represent our products well on our site via photos and descriptors to ensure our clients have a good representation of what they are buying. We understand when you try it you may not find it ideal. Therefore, we give every order a 30-day return or refund guarantee. This entitles you to claim a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your items and we will return your payment for any, upon return of the item to our facility.


How does your return policy work?


1.       Items shipped from can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. If the return is related to product quality or wrong item shipped, Mint Moda will cover the cost of the return; otherwise, the customer will be responsible to pay the cost of the return.


2.       Contact customer service with your order information and a brief description of your return issue. Please note we may ask you to send us a clear photo of your product.

3.        Please complete the return slip included with every order. It contains our return address and basic information about your return. Please complete all information on the return slip including the reason for the return. We cannot process incomplete return slips.


4.       Put the return slip inside your package along with the item(s) you are returning. Please pack the item(s) in a manner similar to how they were received.


5.       Send item(s) back to us through the local post office. If the return is urgent, please contact customer service and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.

Is there any exclusion for return of products?


Goods are not covered by our 30-day return or refund policy if:


•        Goods have been worn, damaged, stretched, or contaminated;

•        Goods are incomplete (partial sets, missing pieces or accessories etc.);

•        Goods are stored or exposed to extreme environments;

·            Goods have undergone unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident,  alteration, or improper installation;

•        The claim is made after 30 days from shipment arrival date.


I checked out as a Guest. How do I return an item?


Because you did not create an online account, you will need to contact us with your order number to process your return. Note: please contact us from the same email that you provided when you placed your order.

Where will I see the refund amount?


We will refund the amount to the same card or PayPal account you used when you purchased the item.

I do not see the refund on my credit card or PayPal statement. What should I do?

We will refund the amount to the same account or card you used when you purchased the item. Please verify which credit card or PayPal account you used. If you need further assistance, please contact customer service.
